Another Character Setting for Fat Guy

  I'm not quite sure about the design for this guy. I keep on changing it since I started to do the layout cuz I realize the original design doesn't really like the UPA feeling so I changed a little bit on the original setting. This is what I got.

Background concept

Here are some design and concept for the background. I really like the cartoon in 50s and UPA style is what I'm looking for. I really like the simplicity and line works in their cartoons. I wanna my short looks like that as well.

I wish the color won't be over saturated.
